Prices & Currency
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian (AUD) dollars and are valid and effective only within Australia, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Global Vitamins & Supplements does not ship internationally.

Pricing, Typographical & Image Errors
All efforts are made to provide accurate product image representation and pricing and product information. However, pricing, typographical or image errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information or out-dated photograph due to an error in pricing or product information, Global Vitamins & Supplements shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Returns
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Global Vitamins & Supplements, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge will be given upon it's return to the Global Vitamins & Supplements warehouse. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be refunded upon its arrival at the Global Vitamins & Supplements warehouse and inspection by Global Vitamins & Supplements staff confirm the product was returned within 7 days of dispatch, unopened. The refund will not be given until the goods have arrived and been inspected at our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost for the items being returned to: Global Vitamins & Supplements PO Box 6632 Tweed Heads South 2486.

Quantity Limits & Resale of Stock
Global Vitamins & Supplements reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer via e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Global Vitamins & Supplements also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we can and will only issue a credit to the same credit card in the amount of the charge.
Global Vitamins & Supplements strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within Australia.

Payments & Postage
Global Vitamins & Supplements prides itself on our exceptional Customer Service. Please read the below details about our Payment, Packaging and Delivery processes.
Global Vitamins & Supplements processes your orders as quickly as possible. Orders take between 2 - 5 working days to process. Due to postage please expect a total of 3-10 days for delivery.
Payments are processed on successful receipt of your order. Global Vitamins & Supplements attempt to keep all items in stock, however due to the large number of items that we do carry, there may be occasional out of stock situations. If any products ordered are not available at the time of the order, the unavailable item may be backordered, or for extended unavailability a Customer Service Representative will contact you and offer the following options:
1: Substitution of product for alternate size, flavour or brand.
2: Hold backorder until item chosen is available.
3: Refund your payment for the unavailable item.
If part of your order is required to be placed on backorder due to long term unavailability, Global Vitamins & Supplements will ship the available portion of the order as per the original request. Products that are placed on back order will be shipped to the customer with no additional freight charge.
